Hiking
Each Kaua’i hiking trail is unique but one trait the trails have in common is that most of them are very steep and rated moderate to difficult. Hikes that are rated easy tend to be beach walks only. There is a reason Kaua’i is called The Garden Isle, which you will discover more intimately while hiking this beautiful island.
I strongly suggest researching each trail prior to hiking it because weather and difficulty-ratings are often overlooked, which are the cause of many injuries and sometimes death while hiking on this wild island.
